PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet excellent in plating adhesion using a high-strength steel sheet containing Si, Mn and B as a base metal, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A steel containing Si, Mn and B is subjected to an oxidation treatment at the outlet side temperature T satisfying following formula, and then subjected to reduction annealing and hot-dip galvanizing: T≥58.65×[Si]+29440×[B]-13.59×[O]+548.1, [Si]: mass% of Si in the steel, [B]: mass% of B in the steel, [O]: vol% of Oin an oxidation furnace atmosphere. |
