PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear change control device which suppresses an increase of the number of revolutions of an engine caused by a gear change operation of a change gear which mechanically performs the gear change operation by a manual gear change operation.SOLUTION: A gear change control device 14 comprises: a main change gear 10; a sub-change gear 12 which has two stages of forward traveling gear change gears, and in which the gear change gears are mechanically switched by a shift operation; and a control part 114 which switches the gear change gears of the main change gear 10 by operating a shift control motor 56, and controls clutches 18, 20 which connect and disconnect a rotation drive force of the engine 22. When the forward traveling gear change gear of the sub-change gear 12 is switched to the other forward traveling gear change gear by the shift operation, and the number of revolutions of the engine exceeds a clutch release rotation number, the control part 114 makes the clutch 18 or 20 operate to a release side. |
