PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide area monitoring control device capable of electronically using CAD drawing data, easily preparing a background drawing of a monitoring screen and attribute data of facilities and installations, and securing a display function of the monitoring screen.SOLUTION: The wide area monitoring control device includes: graphic format conversion means 7 for converting graphic data (sfc file) 4 of a CAD drawing for construction/civil engineering work created for installing facilities and installations, into a file format of vector data which is an environment-independent document format; background display means 11 for developing graphic data (xps file) 9 converted by the graphic format conversion means 7 as a monitoring screen background for monitoring the facilities and installations; and symbol arrangement means 12 for arranging operation symbols associated to the facilities and the installations on the monitoring screen background developed by the background display means 11. |
