1. A kit for adapting a fluid-filled bag into a personal hydration device, the kit comprising:
a fluid-filled bag; and a portable dispensing device for bagged fluids, the device comprising:
a clamp; andan elongated tube comprising a first and second terminating end and a length therebetween, the first terminating end having an intake port and the second terminating end having a mouthpiece; wherein the clamp serves to hold the elongated tube relative to the bag when a portion of said tube is within the bag.
