<p>A method for manufacturing a glue laminated bamboo material, comprising: positioning and overlapping part manufacturing, blank assembly, and lamination processes. In the positioning and overlapping part manufacturing process, a positioning and overlapping part is processed at at least one extremity in the lengthwise direction of a finely planed bamboo strip (4). In the blank assembly process, multiple pieces of finely planed bamboo strips (4) are sequentially overlapped along the lengthwise direction to form overlap areas (7), the top sides (5 and 6) of adjacent two bamboo strips (4) are automatically staggered with each other when overlapped, and then, bamboo strip sets extending in the lengthwise direction are sequentially arranged into sets along either the widthwise direction or the height direction, where the overlap areas (7) are staggered with each other. In the lamination process, the blank-assembled bamboo strip sets are extruded along the height direction and the widthwise direction until the top sides (5 and 6) of two bamboo strips (4) are flush. The method has a simple overlapping process and high overlapping efficiency, prevents the problem of an overlap gap from occurring in the lamination process, and increases work efficiency and product pass rate in the manufacturing of the glue laminated bamboo material.</p> |
