PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle obstacle detection device and a vehicle obstacle detection system which can calculate a position of an obstacle to a vehicle in a range of a short distance to a long distance.SOLUTION: A vehicle obstacle detection device comprises an operation unit 21 which calculates position coordinates (Dx0, Dy0) of an obstacle 4 to a vehicle 3 by using a distance D1 to the obstacle 4 measured by an ultrasonic sensor 1a having a first microphone 11a at the time t1, and a distance D2 to the obstacle 4 measured by an ultrasonic sensor 1b having a second microphone 11b at the time t2 later than the time t1.
