PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a nonaqueous electrolyte which enables remarkable improvement of low-temperature discharge characteristics while improving battery shelf lives (preservation characteristics); and a lithium secondary battery including the nonaqueous electrolyte.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte comprises: at least one compound selected from a group consisting of cyclic sulfate ester compounds including 2,2-dioxo-1,3,2-dioxathiolane or the like, and unsaturated sultone compounds including 1,3-propa-1-enesultone or the like; and at least one compound selected from a group consisting of phosphazene compounds and halogenated phosphoric ester compounds. |
