PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse tube refrigerator capable of improving the refrigeration performance by controlling flowing of a DC flow.SOLUTION: The pulse tube refrigerator comprises a compressor 212; a regenerator 280 in which intake and discharge of refrigerant gas is executed in between the compressor 212; and a pulse tube 290 with a low-temperature end connected to a low-temperature end of the regenerator 280. On the low-temperature end 284 side of the regenerator 280, a first flow controller 300 is provided for flow controlling such that the flow rate of the DC flow flowing toward the pulse tube 290 from the regenerator 280 is greater than the flow rate of the DC flow flowing toward the regenerator 280 from the pulse tube 290. |
