<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device capable of outputting an image to be superposed, while making the position in vertical direction of an image for specifying the position of the object of a left-eye image and the position in vertical direction of an image for specifying the position of the object of a right-eye image match, in a way to enable a user to feel a stereoscopic effect.SOLUTION: The image pickup device is provided with an output unit for generating second specification image data for specifying a position which is the same in the vertical direction as and different in the horizontal direction from the position specified by first specification image data; superposing the first specification image data and image data including a prescribed object whose position is specified by the first specification image data and outputting the superposed image data; and superposing the second specification image data and image data, among left-eye image data and right-eye image data, which does not include the prescribed object whose position is specified by the first specification image data, and outputting the superposed image data.</p> |
