<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting device and a component mounting system in which mis-mounting of a component can be prevented by suppressing deflection of a substrate, and decrease in mounting accuracy of a substrate due to resonance can be minimized.SOLUTION: A component mounting device includes a pair of clamp means 30 for clamping both ends of a substrate K conveyed by a conveyance mechanism 12, and a tensioning cylinder 26 for applying a tension to the substrate K by spreading the interval of the pair of clamp means 30. The tensioning cylinder 26 applies the substrate K with a tension corresponding to the weight thereof.</p> |
