PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide mechanism capable realizing a quite low coefficient of dynamic friction in a configuration in which only one slide surface of slide surfaces to be slid to each other has a polymer brush layer.SOLUTION: This invention relates a slide mechanism having slide surfaces to be slid to each other characterized in that one slide surface is a slide surface having a polymer brush layer 20 in which high molecules fixed through covalent bond on a board are swelled with liquid substance and the other slide surface is a slide surface 40 in which its maximum height is lower than an average molecular chain length of the polymer brush layer.
