PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type display apparatus capable of suppressing formation of bubbles due to enclosure of air in a cell located in a display region of the display apparatus, and to provide a manufacturing method of the reflection type display apparatus.SOLUTION: The reflection type display apparatus is configured so that a display medium including at least one sort or more of electrically responsive materials is sealed between two opposite substrates in which at least one substrate is transparent and electrodes are respectively formed, and when a predetermined electric field is applied between the two substrates, the display medium executes predetermined display. On one substrate, there are provided first partitions arranged in a first region including the display region to be utilized for the predetermined display of the one substrate by a first pattern for sectioning a plurality of section parts partially communicated with each other on first notch parts and adhesive arranged on the first partitions and in the first notch parts. |
