A lens supply system is provided with: an initial shape data acquisition means that acquires initial shape data for an eyeglass lens; a shape data correction means that, when the base curve of an initial lens that is produced on the basis of the initial shape data is defined as a first base curve and a predetermined lens having a second base curve that is lower than the first base curve is defined as an indicator eyeglass lens, corrects the initial shape data so that the prism effect received via the initial lens by the light rays of each line-of-sight direction that passes through the center of an eye that is presumed on the basis of optical design either matches or approaches the prism effect received via the indicator eyeglass lens; and an eyeglass lens production means that produces an eyeglass lens on the basis of the corrected initial shape data.
