PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for evaluating, for each component, whether easiness of each of components included in a screen to be conspicuous when compared with other components is matched with an importance degree of each of components.SOLUTION: A component information acquisition section 2020 acquires component information which is information about components included in an evaluation object screen. On the basis of representation information of a component, an eye-catching degree calculation section 2040 calculates an eye-catching degree of the component. A representation validity determination section 2060 compares a relative importance degree and a relative eye-catching degree of the component to determine the validity of a representation applied to the component. The relative importance degree is a relative value obtained by comparing an importance degree of a component subjected to the determination with an importance degree of each of other components. The relative eye-catching degree is a relative value obtained by comparing an eye-catching degree of a component subjected to the determination with an eye-catching degree of each of other components. |
