PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management system capable of reducing work failures such as forgotten fastening of a bolt or screw, alleviating the burden of an operator creating work records, and improving the efficiency of work recording management.SOLUTION: An inventive work management system 10 comprises: a working tool 40 including a limit switch 42 which outputs a work completion signal when the work to a plurality of work object components provided in a work object reaches a preset value, and an identification code reading part 46 detachably attached to each of the work object components and capable of reading an identification code for allowing each of the work object components to be identified; and a working terminal 20 electrically connected to the working tool 40, allowing the work completion signal and identification information of the work object components to be received when the work to the work object components reaches a preset value, and allowing positional information of the work object components identified to be displayed on the work object shown in a display screen. |
