1. A self-lubricating suspension comprising:
a first suspension member movably disposed at least partially within a second suspension member; a fluid chamber at least partially bounded by said second suspension member; a region of said self-lubricating suspension wherein relative movement between said first suspension member and said second suspension member results in a differential pressure between said fluid chamber and said region; a first fluid flow path extending between said fluid chamber and said region, said first fluid flow path comprising:
a first flow check member substantially blocking fluid flow from said region to said fluid chamber; and a second fluid flow path extending between said fluid chamber and said region, said second fluid flow path comprising:
a second flow check member substantially blocking fluid flow from said fluid chamber to said region.
