Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition which has excellent flame retardancy, impact resistance and heat resistance and also has excellent thermal stability and an excellent hue. A thermoplastic resin composition characterized by comprising: 100 parts by mass of a resin which comprises 99 to 1 mass% of a polycarbonate resin (A) and 1 to 99 mass% of a styrene-type resin (B); 0.5 to 25 parts by mass of a graft copolymer (C) which is produced by the graft copolymerization of a diene-type rubber component (c1) with a vinyl monomer component (c2) capable of polymerizing with the diene-type rubber component (c1), wherein the graft copolymerization is carried out by the emulsion polymerization of the above-mentioned components and the graft copolymer (C) contains 500 to 2000μg/g of a thioether compound represented by general formula (1) or 500 to 1500μg/g of a bisphenol compound represented by formula (2); 3 to 30 parts by mass of a phosphorous-containing flame retardant agent (D); and 0.001 to 2 parts by mass of a fluoropolymer (E).
