The present invention provides a specimen loading device and an electrostatic levitation apparatus. The electrostatic levitation apparatus includes: a specimen standby part shaped like a rod; a specimen reserve part connected continuously in the extending direction of the specimen standby part and having a specimen loading part shaped like a rod; and a specimen cover part for covering the specimen standby part. The specimen reserve part includes a loading bar insertion hole formed longitudinally in the center thereof, which loading bar insertion hole penetrates the specimen standby part up to a part of the specimen loading part. The specimen standby part includes specimen reserve vertical through-holes penetrating it vertically in the longitudinal direction with a given interval. The specimen loading part includes a specimen transfer vertical through-hole vertically penetrating it in the surface thereof facing the specimen reserve vertical through-holes and connected to the loading insertion hole.
