<p>An information apparatus capable of simplifying the work of a user selecting an object to be operated on from among a plurality of apparatuses to be controlled, without causing costs to increase. In this apparatus, a reception frequency instruction unit (302) instructs a frequency synthesizer (353) to first demodulate a first frequency (5 GHz), and, when selection of another apparatus to be controlled is instructed by a user while menu buttons are displayed which indicate all of the apparatuses to be controlled for which ID information has been detected, instructs the frequency synthesizer (353) to demodulate a second frequency (920 MHz).</p> |
