The present invention relates to a highly functional and highly glossy board on which a hologram pattern is printed. According to the present invention, a synthetic resin layer coated with a UV coating material is formed on an MDF board used indoor; a PET film on which the hologram pattern is printed is attached on the UV coating layer on the synthetic resin layer; and the MDF board to which the PET film is attached is passed through a lower side of a UV lamp. Thus, the hologram pattern printed on the PET film is copied on the synthetic resin layer on the MDF board by UV ray irradiation of the UV lamp, and the synthetic resin is cured at the same time.
