The present invention relates to a vacuum-releasing device of a cooking pot. A vacuum state is induced right after a food is cooked by means of heat. When the vacuum state is released so as to open the lid of the pot, hot steam existing in the pot container can be easily and safely removed without damage to the hands. When a particular period of time passes after cooking is finished, a temperature in the pot container is reduced. When a user is to open the lid in a vacuum state, the vacuum state is simply released while the user grips the handle of the lid, so that the lid can be easily opened. To this end, a lever which is mounted on a cover body formed to enclose a vacuum valve in order to be bent is operated, so that a lever which can operate the protruding knot of the vacuum valve is formed to protrude at one side and hot steam is not directly discharged at the fingers. The lever protruding on one side comes in contact with the handle of the lid, so that the user can open the lid by simply releasing the vacuum state with his/her one hand. |
