Provided are a variable fluid device and a fluid control method of the variable fluid device. The variable fluid device comprises: a chamber including a channel in which the fluid flows, wherein at least a portion of the channel has a non-uniform height; a first fluid disposed in the chamber and formed of a non-translucency matter; and a second fluid disposed in the chamber and formed of a translucent material without being mixed with the first fluid, wherein an aperture to which light is transmitted by a change in position of the interface between the first fluid and the second fluid is regulated.
