The inventive high electrical field driver can produce two high electrical fields having opposite polarities. The inventive high electrical field driver can be stabilized so that the driver can be dynamically operated at wide bandwidth. The inventive high electrical driver has advantaged having no expensive high voltage rectifier or diode, which are needed in producing single polarity in prior-art applications.
