摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a recombinant vector including a chimeric kappa-carrageenase or lambda-carrageenase gene and to a recombinant microorganism. More specifically, the present invention relates to a vector and to a recombinant microorganism transformed through the vector, wherein the vector includes: a gene of kappa-carrageenase or lambda-carrageenase derived from Pseudoalteromonas carrageenovora; and a dockerin module of fibrinogenase. According to the present invention, in a step of separating and refining carrageenase, refining can be performed using cellulous which is relatively cheaper than high price resins so as to be economically effective. Moreover, when carrageenase is produced, compared to existing techniques that depend on physical and chemical pretreatment steps, a decomposing step using enzymes is induced. Accordingly, a low cost and high-efficiency environmentally-friendly decomposing system which can control products and can be easily utilized is used, so that valuable products can be effectively converted from marine algae.</p>
