PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated building material which prevents an ink from deteriorating in its color-developing property.SOLUTION: The coated building material comprises: a ceramic substrate 1; a receiving layer 2 formed on a surface of the substrate 1; a printed layer 3 formed on a surface of the receiving layer 2 by inkjet printing; and a clear layer 4, an inorganic coating layer 5 and a functional coating layer 6, which are formed on a surface side of the printed layer 3. The receiving layer 2 has a glass transition point of 40-80°C after film formation. |
