PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating structure for an H-shaped or I-shaped steel beam, which is excellent in heat-resistant protective properties, which enables sufficient floor height to be secured even in a lower part of the beam, and which is also excellent in beauty.SOLUTION: In a coating structure for an H-shaped or I-shaped steel beam configuring a steel structure, a thermally-expandable sheet is provided on an undersurface of at least a lower flange plate of the H-shaped or I-shaped steel frame, and a non-expandable coating layer, which is formed of a coating material containing cement and a metal hydroxide, is provided in other parts of the H-shaped or I-shaped steel frame. |
