PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat peelable adhesive sheet, though being a heat peelable adhesive sheet, securely fixing a workpiece upon heat cutting, preventing not only the generation of the slippage of chips caused by cutting but also the generation of the flying of the chips, and additionally having excellent heat peelability.SOLUTION: Provided is a heat peelable adhesive sheet having a heat expansive adhesive agent layer including thermally expansive microspheres, in which shear adhesive force to a polyethylene tetraphthalate film at an 80°C atmosphere is 15 to 80 N/cm. |
