PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device capable of effectively suppressing the vibration caused by the rotation of a rotary anode-type X-ray tube without incurring an unnecessary increase in costs.SOLUTION: The X-ray tube device has a rotary anode-type X-ray tube 14. The X-ray tube device has a tube container 12 for accommodating the rotary anode-type X-ray tube 14. The X-ray tube device has a liquid-state cooling medium 16 filled inside the tube container 12. The X-ray tube device has a vibration-proof member 17 interposed between the tube container 12 and the rotary anode-type X-ray tube 14 and used for elastically supporting a rotary anode-type X-ray tube 13 relative to the tube container 12. The vibration-proof member 17 is provided with a vibration-proof member body 21. The vibration-proof member 17 is provided with a space part 25 inside the vibration-proof member body 21 for storing the cooling medium 16. The vibration-proof member 17 is provided with a communication part 23 for communicating between the space part 25 and the outside of the space part 25 and allowing the cooling medium 16 to enter and exit between the space part 25 and the outside of the space part 25 as the space part 25 changes in cubic volume due to an elastic deformation of the vibration-proof member body 21. |
