PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel pharmaceutical composition for transdermal absorption and medicine containing the composition which enhance skin permeability of Duloxetine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, exert excellent pharmacological effect, and cause less skin irritation.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a novel pharmaceutical composition for transdermal absorption which has Duloxetine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient, and contains menthol, isopropyl alcohol and isopropyl myristate, and medicine containing the composition. The composition and medicine of the present invention contain Duloxetine, which is widely clinically used as a therapeutic drug for depression and whose usefulness as a painkiller for chronic pain or the like is also recognized, as an active ingredient, are excellent in effectiveness and safety, and very useful as a transdermal absorption type antidepressant and a painkiller usable for a long period of time with good compliance. |
