<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance holding force by certainly winding a clip on a sheet.SOLUTION: A part of a clip is stick onto one surface 1a of a sheet bundle 1. A winding claw 41 inserts free edge of a clip 3 into a hole 2 on the sheet bundle 1 so that the clip 3 is wound over at least four surfaces comprising one side surface 1a of the sheet bundle 1, an end surface 1c of the sheet bundle 1, the other surface 1b and a hole end surface 2a. In addition, a pressing member 71 pressing the sheet bundle 1 upon the clip 3 is wound on the sheet bundle 1 may be comprised. A pressing part 75 is arranged at a position which never overlapped with a movable region of the winding claw 41.</p> |
