PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a waterless lithographic printing plate which reduces foreign matters that is deposited or deposited again on a printing plate after the development by an automatic developing machine of the waterless lithographic printing plate, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of the waterless lithographic printing plate is a processing apparatus of the waterless lithographic printing plate having a silicone rubber layer, and comprises transfer means of a waterless lithographic printing plate precursor or the waterless lithographic printing plate, and cleaning means of ejecting a cleaning liquid at high pressure. |
