PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe TRPA1 activation composition with high efficacy, and to provide foods and drinks, medicaments, perfumery and cosmetics, oral compositions, and flavoring compositions which contain the composition.SOLUTION: There are provided: a TRPA1 activation composition which contains Kaempferia galanga extract, fractions of the plant extract, essential oil, p-methoxy ethyl cinnamate derived from an essential-oil, and ethyl cinnamate as active ingredients; and foods and drinks, medicaments, perfumery and cosmetics, oral compositions, and flavoring compositions which contain the composition. |
