PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a dynamic range in a semiconductor device having an image sensor function.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device has an amplification transistor and a photoelectric conversion element electrically connected with a gate of the amplification transistor, and outputs n (n is an integer of 2 and more) signals from the amplification transistor to a signal output line in one frame period. Since a plurality of signals can be read out from pixels in one frame period, a dynamic range can be increased. |
