PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer taste beverage having taste and improved sharpness and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The beer taste beverage contains an essence component derived from wheat at 0.40 g/100 cmor less, a water-soluble dietary fiber and iso α acid of 7 to 23 ppm. The method of manufacturing the beer taste beverage is a manufacturing method of the beer taste beverage for manufacturing the beer taste beverage and in any step in the manufacturing process a raw material derived from wheat is contained so that the essence component derived from wheat in a final product becomes to be 0.40 g/100 cmor less, the water soluble dietary fiber is contained and the iso α acid is contained with the content of 7 to 23 ppm in the final product. |
