PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer taste beverage in which while a sharp taste is maintained, a rich taste is enhanced, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The beer taste beverage is characterized in that: the extract content derived from wheat is 0.40 g/100 cmor less; it contains water-soluble dietary fibers; and it contains neotame by 0.25 to 1 ppm, acesulfame potassium by 12 to 16 ppm or sucralose by 5 to 12 ppm. The method for producing beer taste beverage is characterized in that: at any stage during the production process, a raw material derived from wheat is added such that the extract content derived from wheat in the finished product becomes 0.40 g/100 cmor less; water-soluble dietary fibers are added; and neotame is added such that the content in the finished product becomes 0.25 to 1 ppm, or acesulfame potassium is added such that the content in the finished product becomes 12 to 16 ppm, or sucralose is added such that the content in the finished product becomes 5 to 12 ppm. |
