<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that cycle characteristics of a battery may be reduced when a hole of a separator is clogged, and that an internal resistance of the battery may be increased when the separator is clogged, which causes reduction in output, and to provide means of suppressing or recovering deterioration caused by clogging of the separator, in a battery such as a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: A reverse pulse current is flown a plurality of times in charging to prevent clogging of a separator and to suppress voltage rise (increase in internal resistance) at the time of charging. Thereby, normal charging can be performed repeatedly.</p> |
