METHODS AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR DETERMINING AN INTEGRITY OF AN AIR INTERFACE

A method in a base station (120) for determining an integrity of an air interface (145) between the base station (120) and a user equipment (130) is provided. The base station (120) configures an internet protocol host. The internet protocol host has an internet protocol address in the same domain as an internet protocol address of the user equipment (130). The base station (120) defines a data radio bearer which is limited to the air interface (145). The base station (120) sends a test data in the defined data radio bearer on an internet protocol level from the first internet protocol address to the second internet protocol address. The base station (120) receives a response associated with the test data from the user equipment (130). The base station (120) determines an integrity of the air interface (145) based on the response.
