<p>A method and system for processing and managing bid offer requests initiated by the buyer and bid offer responses from multiple sellers with an embedded condition for bid offer activation. The method and system of the present invention comprise a mechanism for buyers to solicit bid offers from multiple sellers for a certain product; sellers to provide initially inactive bid offer responses for an exact or similar product with an activation condition; activation condition requires the buyer to quantify purchase intent of the buyer for completing the transaction; buyers to review, select, accept and activate one or more bid offers by quantifying the purchase intent of the buyer as desired by the seller and create a purchase agreement with the seller for a future purchase transaction through at least one central controller consisting of a central processing unit, operating system software to run the central processing unit and data storage means to identify buyer, seller and transaction attributes.</p> |
