PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a transfer control useful to reduce delays of data transfer via the L4 load balancer.SOLUTION: Information equipment monitors the transition of the data transfer rate in the transmission to the L4 load balancer of requests to a server from clients, holds the transmission of requests whose transmission has not been started when the data transfer rate is a threshold rate or lower, which is a lower data transfer rate than that at the normal time, and resumes the transmission after a setting time longer than a persistence duration time in the L4 load balancer has lapsed. |
