PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition mainly composed of chloroprene rubber and chlorinated polyethylene, and a vulcanized foamed molded article which is prepared from the rubber composition and has a low coefficient of contraction and improved ozone resistance.SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises: 100 pts.mass of blend rubber comprising 30-95 mass% of chloroprene rubber and 5-70 mass% of chlorinated polyethylene; 0.1-4 pts.mass of a thiadiazole compound represented by formula I; and 5-20 pts.wt. of an organic foaming agent.
