PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source unit and a lighting fixture improved in terms of workability.SOLUTION: A light source unit 2 comprises: LEDs 222; a power supply device 24 for supplying lighting power to the LEDs 222; a plate-like fitting member on which the LEDs 222 and the power supply device 24 are arranged on one side and the other side respectively; and a male connector 243 electrically connected to the power supply device 24 and detachably attached to a female connector 251 from a terminal block 25 to which a power line 3 from the outside is connected.
