PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular electronic control unit capable of improving accuracy in the transmission of a vehicular behavior to a circuit board and of surely inhibiting damage of the circuit board due to water.SOLUTION: An electronic control unit is provided with: a circuit board 1 which has a board member 11 having a fastening part 111 for fastening a coupling object and a vehicular behavior detection sensor 12; a resin-sealed member 2 contacting the circuit board 1 except the fastening part 111 and covering the circuit board 1 to make the fastening part 111 expose; a transmission member 3 having a fixing part 31 for fixing to the vehicle, a pair-board fastening part 32 contacting the fastening part 111 and a main body part 30 connecting the fixing part 31 and the pair-board fastening part 32 to transmit a vehicular behavior to the circuit board 1; and a fastening member 4 contacting the fastening part 111 to fasten the circuit board 1 and transmission member 3. The transmission member 3 has a water-proof rib 35 which protrudes from a facing surface 30a facing the resin-sealed member 2 to come into pressure contact with the resin-sealed member 2 and is provided to surround a prescribed area of the resin-sealed member 2. |
