PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel image forming device capable of reducing noise generated during air sucking of conveyed paper.SOLUTION: An image forming device sets parameters unique to the kind of label paper used. Here, the parameters are defined in advance as data showing a correspondence relationship between a surface temperature of a conveyor belt and a driving voltage of a suction fan required to cause the conveyor belt with the surface temperature to absorb the label paper. Comparing the set driving voltage with the set parameters, the image forming device acquires the corresponding surface temperature of the conveyor belt, and sets it as a target temperature. Later, if the surface temperature of the conveyor belt detected is lower than the target temperature, the image forming device drives temperature raising means to raise the temperature of the surface of the conveyor belt to the target temperature, and then drives the suction fan at the set driving voltage. |
