PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe executing effective exhaust heat to a probe head case from an inside unit.SOLUTION: An inside unit (inside assembly) 14 includes: an oscillator unit 20; a relay substrate 22; an electronic circuit substrate 24; and a backing member 26. A heat-exhaust sheet is joined to a circumferential region at the back surface of the electronic circuit substrate 24. The heat-exhaust sheet includes: a body part; and a plurality of wings elongated outward from the body part. The plurality of wings includes: a right wing 50; and a left wing 52. The wings 50, 52 are inserted into two slits 16A formed on a probe head case (radiation shell) 16, and the edge parts of them are bonded while being placed in two recessed parts 16B formed on the outer surface of the probe head case 16. As a result, heat generated in the inside of the probe head case 16 can be transmitted directly to the outer surface of the probe head case 16. |
