The invention described herein generally pertains to a system and method for welder system that relates to creating a welding sequence for a welding environment in which the welding sequence is based upon non-real time data collected from a welding procedure. Welding procedure information is collected and utilized to create a welding sequence to perform two or more welds in which at least one parameter is based on the collected welding procedure information (e.g., non-real world welding procedure).

1. A welder system, comprising:
a first component that is configured to receive a parameter related to a welding schedule, wherein the parameter is collected from data representative of a portion of a welding process; a second component that is configured to create a welding sequence for a welding work cell, wherein the welding sequence defines at least the parameter and the welding schedule for a first welding procedure to create a first weld on a workpiece and a second welding procedure to create a second weld on the workpiece; and a welding job sequencer component that is configured to employ the welding sequence for the welding work cell.
