<p>Disclosed are a method and apparatus for MCS switching. The method comprises detecting whether the MCS used for communication between a first communication node and a second communication node requires switching; and in the case that switching is required, carrying out MCS switching via the direct communication channel between the first communication node and second communication node. The present invention solves the technical problems in the prior art of long time delay and high bit error rate caused by MCS switching via a network management system, and reduces the time delay and bit error rate of MCS switching.</p> |
