<p>Provided is an inverter device that reduces costs and that discharges a smoothing capacitor even when a discharge circuit fails. The inverter device is provided with: a pair of power source lines into which power source voltage is input; an inverter circuit to which the power source voltage is supplied from the pair of power source lines; a plurality of smoothing capacitors that are connected in series between the pair of power source lines; a balance resistor comprising a plurality of resistors that are connected in series between the pair of power source lines and that are connected in parallel with each of the plurality of smoothing capacitors; and a discharge resistor comprising a plurality of resistors that are connected in series between the pair of power source lines.</p> |
