PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing the magnetic flux short-circuit while suppressing reduction in strength with respect to a centrifugal force.SOLUTION: In a rotor core 100, when viewed from a cross section at a right angle to the axial direction, on both sides in the circumferential direction across a q-axis, a plurality of magnet insertion hole groups are formed composed of a first magnet insertion hole 111 and a second magnet insertion hole 112 which protrude to the q-axis side and extend in an arc shape along the q-axis.
