PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph and store a vehicle exterior image of front vehicle in which quick braking is performed from a viewpoint of a vehicle other than the concerned vehicle.SOLUTION: When a quick braking of other vehicle is estimated from vehicle information received by inter-vehicle communication from the other vehicle, an imaging part 25 of a portable terminal 2 with an imaging function used in an own vehicle photographs serially.
