摘要 The purpose of the present invention is to easily and accurately evaluate an optical system of a light analyzing device. Provided is an evaluation method for a light analyzing device, comprising an optical system (A) capable of forming a confocal volume (C) at a focal point by concentrating excitation light (B), that includes: a step of disposing a phantom sample (1) that is made by arranging a plurality of solid members (2, 3), which are of two or more types having different concentrations of a fluorescent material, to be adjacent in the focal point of the optical system (A); a step of moving the confocal volume (C) formed by the optical system (A) relative to the phantom sample (1) in the direction that the solid members (2, 3) are arranged and emitting the excitation light onto the phantom sample (1) via the optical system (A); a step of detecting fluorescent light generated by the solid members (2, 3) disposed in the confocal volume (C); and a step of evaluating the optical system (A) on the basis of the detected fluorescent light.
